Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open LittleYou, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. We remove your profile, leaderboard entries, friendship records, feedback messages, and game scores from our servers within 30 days. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel a subscription?

LittleYou Premium is billed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. To cancel:

  • iOS: Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions, LittleYou, Cancel.
  • Android: Open Google Play, Profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, LittleYou, Cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

My alarm didn't fire

LittleYou uses local notifications for wake-up alarms and bedtime nudges. If an alarm didn't fire, check that:

  • Notification and alarm permissions are granted to LittleYou.
  • Your device is not in a Do Not Disturb or Focus mode that blocks alarms.
  • Sound is on and volume is set above the silence threshold.
  • Battery optimisation (Android) isn't killing the app in the background.

For safety-critical wake-ups, please keep a backup alarm. We can't guarantee delivery of any specific notification, per our Terms of Use.

The meal scan got it wrong

LittleAI estimates calories, macros, and grades from a single photo. It will sometimes mis-identify a dish or under or overestimate portions. You can edit the meal entry directly in-app, or delete it and re-scan with a clearer angle. Don't rely on these estimates for medical or clinical decisions.
